"The S.I.L.L.Y." - Tony Ingram, a rockstar/guitar teacher from Britain in 1996 accidentally joins a secret agency called "the S.I.L.L.Y." to handle absurd "malfunctions" that occur throughout the city of London. The agency, however, holds more outrageous secrets than meets the eye.
